Creating and updating job file folders, 2.
Ensure projects run smoothly by assisting & coordinating operations/sales teams, 3.
Assist with planning of daily activities, 4.
Develop positive relationships with all parties involved in projects (in-house and out-of-house), 5.
Assisting with updates on the sales report, 6.

Work Environment This job operates in a professional and casual office environment.
