The Service Coordinator will assist with all functions related to fire alarm service duties and the operation, growth and success of our company's service and values.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Procure materials and equipment.
Receive and inventory equipment and materials.
Assist technicians with purchasing material or processing purchase orders.
Ensure deadlines are made and coordinate with subcontractors.
The ability to take direction, and willingness to flow with day-to-day changes.
Attending job progress meetings.
Educational Requirements and Specifications The successful candidate must have a high school diploma, associate degree preferred.
Must possess strong customer service skills and have experience in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Detail oriented with strong organizational and written communication skills.
Ability to answer phones and simultaneously manage multiple projects to meet scheduled deadlines.
