Must be proficient with computers and dental billing AR.
The most ideal candidate would posses the uncanny ability to anticipate the needs of his/her doctor and be able to manage a team of more than 5 people.
HR knowledge is a plus but if you are a quick learner, the right person will be trained in every facet of the job.
An acute attention to detail and the ability to be versatile if required.
Dental coding knowledge is a must so our ideal person for the job would have worked in dental administration or AR in the past.
This position requires that you be able to schedule and manage employees, monitor profit and loss, remit HR paperwork when necessary to State and Local Government and be able to navigate dental management software in order to maintain and grow the practice.
Google email, drive, sheets, internet and website knowledge is a must.
You will be required to demonstrate and facilitate real-time problem solving skills.
Above all, you must be a go-getter and a people person.
We will train the right person.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
