Coordinates incoming and outgoing communications with guards on the post, in the field, in transition, on duty, or off.
They must be excellent in communication, decision-making, ability to multitask, speech clarity, accuracy, time management, computer operations, and Microsoft Office.

nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Requirements and Responsibilities A.
1nbsp; Coordinates and/or dispatches staff in response for requests for service.
A.
2 Receives and responds to emergency and non-emergency situations including calls from the patrol officers via the telephone, and Outlook.
A.
3 Processes and evaluates information received, prioritizes calls, and dispatches required patrol officers.
A.
4 Maintains the status and location of all on-duty patrol officers and other security personnel.
A.
5 Creates and maintains automated or manual logs of communications activity.

Qualifications B.
1 Minimum one (1) years of recent experience in dispatch in security, and facilities monitoring.

2 Prioritize an array of tasks according to general guidelines and practical constraints.
B.
3 Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office B.
4 Demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive in a high-energy environment where teamwork is vital.

5 Must have strong decision-making skills.
B.
6 Must have strong communication skills, including speech clarity and accuracy.

7 Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

8 Must be able to complete a background check.

9 Must be approved to work in the United States B.
10 Must possess a valid Maryland Driver's License or Maryland Non- Driver's ID nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; C.
