HQ Administrative Assistant Location:
Hybrid, Waldorf, Maryland Job Type:
Full Time Schedule:
Monday-Friday (8AM-4:
30PM)
Responsibilities:
Included by not limited to Tailoring of documents Field inbound communications; Answer phone calls/emails and routing appropriately Schedule meetings Create and disseminate monthly newsletters creation.
Company website portal management Assist with marketing.
Organize draft documents for CMMI project Coordinate task progress for CMMI project Organize internal resources build and maintain processes to keep digital files organized and easily accessible.
Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies.
Assist with timesheet collection and review.
Requirements &
Experience:

years of experience with corporate writing/administrative support Able to prioritize while working in a fast-paced environment.
Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skillset Functional knowledge of Microsoft suite Knowledge of standard office procedures and etiquette Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills A college degree is preferred.
Must be a self-starter, highly motivated and able to work independently.
Familiarity with CMMI.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
