As we continue to grow, we are looking to add an additional Apprentice to our Drains Services division.
Responsibilities:
Assist in carrying out regular maintenance of drain/plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites, following O'Connor Procedures.
Work closely with licensed technicians to implement solutions and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues.
Utilize critical thinking skills to diagnose leaks and drain/plumbing problems, collaborating with licensed technicians as necessary.
Support the installation and repair of drain/plumbing systems, ensuring adherence to O'Connor Procedures for quality and safety.
Follow established protocols and guidelines to maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate work schedules, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns or questions.
Qualifications:
Basic understanding of plumbing systems and concepts preferred, but not required.
Ability to work a rotating on-call schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
Willingness to commute to job sites independently or meet with assigned technician daily.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly on the job.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
