6K a year 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago POSITION SUMMARY The Operations Support Specialist will provide administrative support to the North American Operations Recruiting team performing a variety of duties.
This role will collaborate with Recruiting, Human Resources, and external candidates, to ensure that new hires are set up for their first day with Constellis.
This is a hybrid position requiring 2
day a week in the Upper Marlboro, Maryland office.
RESPONSIBILITIES Under general supervision, provides administrative support and is responsible for smooth communications between the department/division and customers, suppliers, and other departments/divisions.
Sends, receives, and verifies the completeness and accuracy of all documentation pertaining to new hires Assembles new hire packets for orientation Facilitates new hire orientation sessions Audits personnel documents Updates electronic files and databases Answers employee questions, answers incoming calls, provides information on routine inquiries, and takes messages and forwards callers as appropriate May perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, and mailing Sizes applicants for new uniforms, places uniform orders, and issues out uniforms Maintains required files and documentation, data backups, and confidentiality of records Ensures documents are complete, current and stored appropriately and securely Other duties, or working out of the warehouse, as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree preferred 3
years of administrative experience required Experience working U.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
